After 27 years with SSW, it is with heavy hearts but warmest wishes that we announce the retirement of Ross Davidson, our Operations Manager, on September 30, 2014. We are indebted to his vision and commitment for propelling us to our present position in this niche industry. His expertise in surface analysis methodology and techniques, in particular scanning electron microscopy, is among the best in Canada. Ross will be remembered by his clients and students as a committed, patient and professional scientist and teacher with a fierce determination to solve their analytical problems.
Ross will be spoken of with great respect and honour for years to come and we celebrate his departure with fondest hopes that the next phase of his life is as fulfilling as this past one.
